All your personal data submitted to MDB&P will be handled according to the “Personal data Protection Code”, Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.

The specific Data Controller of any particular Clients’ data is identified in the specific Lawyer in favor of whom the power of attorney was signed by the Client, or to whom the case was submitted (subject to in writing acceptance by the Lawyer himself).
